Immunological phenomena in humans infected with chlamydia and chlamydophila

In spite of registered from thousands years and now many diseases in humans caused by chlamydiae and chlamydophilae, there is a relatively small number of papers concerning immunological phenomena. In this paper, we made an attempt to present the actual state of immunological phenomena in humans naturally infected with bacteria from Chlamydia and Chlamydophila genus, and research conducted in vitro, including non-specific and specific, cellular and humoral immunity.
